Please note the following important terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and safe travel experience with Epoch Para Trips:
- For the safety and security of our guests, night driving is not permitted. We request guests to depart on time to reach their next destination before 20:00 hrs.
- Epoch Para Trips reserves the right to change the airline or travel dates at any time before departure. Alternate options will be advised if changes occur.
- We also reserve the right to change the hotel at any point before tour departure. An alternate hotel of the same category will be arranged and communicated.
- A third person sharing a room will be provided with an additional mattress or rollaway bed.
- Hotel check-in time is 14:30 hours. Early check-in is subject to availability.
- Hotel check-out time is 12:00 hours. If your flight is in the evening, please deposit your luggage at the hotel lobby and vacate the room by check-out time.
- Travel components are subject to last-minute changes due to factors beyond our control.
- A child aged 12 or above will be considered an adult.
- The package cost is based on current government and airline taxes. Any future increase will be collected as applicable.
- Rates are valid only for Indian nationals.
- A maximum of three persons are allowed in one room.
- The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice.
- Any damage to hotel property or vehicles during the tour will be the responsibility of the concerned passengers.
- The company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, death, delay, or irregularity caused by factors beyond our control such as weather, strikes, war, quarantine, etc.
- We are not responsible for any loss of baggage, belongings, or damaged luggage at airports or during travel.
- Clients must account for flight timing and travel logistics. We are not responsible for missed flights due to personal delays or airline-related issues (e.g. overbooking, flight delays).
- Some monuments or areas may restrict vehicle access by local authorities. Vehicles will drop guests at the nearest permitted point.
- Unless specified, entry fees, monument charges, parking, tolls, meals, and other activity-related costs are not included in the package.
- The default room category is basic, unless otherwise mentioned.
- Package pricing may not be applicable during long weekends, national holidays, or festivals. Rate differences will be communicated at the time of inquiry.
- Surcharges, if applicable, will be shared during booking.
- Hotel and tour availability are subject to booking time. We reserve the right to offer alternate accommodations of equal or higher category and re-quote if necessary.
- Prices are not valid during trade fairs, festivals, or exhibitions.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services.
- Sightseeing tours are subject to weather conditions, and local providers may cancel tours without prior notice.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
