Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Epoch Para Trips, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring both flexibility for our travelers and the integrity of our operational commitments. Please read the policy below carefully before confirming your booking.

Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation fees will apply per person based on the number of clear working days before the scheduled departure:

Less than 7 working days100% of package price (No refund)

Note: “Working days” exclude weekends and public holidays.


Important Points to Note
  • Refund processing time: All eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of cancellation request, via the original payment method.
  • No refund will be provided for unused services, last-minute changes, or no-shows.
  • If the tour is cancelled by Epoch Para Trips due to unforeseen reasons (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), alternate travel dates or full/partial refunds will be offered, depending on the situation.
  • Airfare, train tickets, and third-party activities are subject to individual cancellation policies and may involve additional charges or non-refundable clauses.
  • For group bookings or customized trips, specific cancellation terms may apply and will be shared during the quotation or booking process.
  • Peak season travel, festival dates, and long weekends may carry stricter cancellation timelines or 100% non-refundable terms. This will be communicated at the time of booking.

Amendment Policy
  • Amendments to travel dates, room categories, or group size are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
  • Changes requested within 7 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation, depending on the nature of the request.
