Cancellation and Refund policy

We understand that travel plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. However, since arrangements are made well in advance with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors, the following cancellation charges will apply:

For Group Tours (Sharing Basis / Fixed Departures)
  • No refunds will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures during the tour. No refund will be applicable once the booking is confirmed, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
  • This policy applies to all group departures operating on a sharing basis, as seats, accommodations, and logistics are blocked in advance.

We strongly recommend guests consider travel insurance for added protection.

For Private Tours

Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the total package cost:

  • 25% of total package cost – If cancelled 30 days or more prior to the tour date.
  • 50% of total package cost – If cancelled 15 days prior to the tour date.
  • No refund – If cancelled 7 days or less before the tour start date.

All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email or official WhatsApp communication.

Important Notes
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Bank transaction charges, if any, will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • In case of natural calamities, political disturbances, weather disruptions, road closures, flight cancellations, or government restrictions, Epoch Paratrips will assist in rescheduling wherever possible; however, refunds will strictly follow the above policy.
